I build and test software projects across computer vision, automation, and operations.
Right now, I am revisiting OPNReality. It began as an experiment in using computer vision to understand activity inside physical spaces. I am now testing a different direction focused on making authorized camera footage easier to search and use for public safety applications in Canada.
Before that, I worked on HeyArden, a prototype for helping small teams keep track of commitments, and Strategok, an early supply chain AI project.
Most of my work is experimental. I use these projects to test ideas, improve my technical skills, and understand where AI can be genuinely useful in real workflows.
Projects
An execution layer for small teams. It watches where commitments actually get made, across Slack, meetings and voice, and tracks each one as an open loop that only closes on evidence the work happened, not on someone marking it done.
Turns the security cameras a store already has into behavior analytics: how people move through the space, where they stall, what they walk past. No new hardware on the ceiling.
RFQ software for logistics companies. Incoming quote requests get parsed, matched and answered in one place instead of living in a hundred email threads.
A research platform for the qualitative half of stock analysis, built around a management credibility engine that tracks what leadership said they would do against what they actually did.
An AI receptionist for tradespeople in the GTA that answered the calls they were missing while on a job. Ran through early 2026, then discontinued.
A browser extension that strips out the things you do not want an AI system to see, before any of it leaves your machine.
An experiment in running a fund as a set of AI agents that research independently, disagree, and have to argue each other into a position.
